Obituary of Margaret L. Schumacher

Tribute & Message From The Family Margaret L. Schumacher nee Bowers, 91, of Blue Island departed from this life after a long illness on Saturday, March 29, 2014, at her southside home. She was the beloved wife of Fred Schumacher for 46 years and the late John LaCasha. Loving mother of John (Kitty) LaCasha. Devoted grandmother of Kathleen (Kevin) Lind, Donna (Dan) Deverick, Patricia Jones and Ann Marie LaCasha. Cherished great grandmother of Brandon, Alexis, Jonathan and Anthony Lind and William and Aubrey Deverick. Dear sister of Lucille Finucane and the late Catherine Bowers, late Bernice Fraatz and late George Bowers, aunt of many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Blue Cap greatly appreciated. Margaret was formerly employed by the Chicago Board of Education, Washburne Trade School, as a clerk. She was a faithful member of St. Benedict Church.
