Obituary of Gae Evelyn Brennan

Gae Evelyn Brennan, 64, formerly of Calumet Park. She was the beloved daughter of the late Martin V. and Betty J. nee Ponscheck. Gae is the loving sister of Lyn (late G. Vincent) Billett and the cherished aunt of Michael (Jennifer) Billett and Steven Billett. Gae was a graduate of Eisenhower High School and a resident of Blue Cap since 2011, she was an original Special Olympian, holder of over 50 medals in swimming and track and field. Gae was an avid bowler, earning many trophies. She was an avid Chicago sports fan. Visitation for Gae will be held Thursday, May 26, 2016 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 S. Greenwood Ave., Blue Island. Private interment, First Ev. Lutheran Cemetery, Alsip. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to blue-cap.org, greatly appreciated.
