Obituary of Sue Pribula

Sue Pribula nee Brtis, 95, of Racine, WI, formerly of Blue Island, IL. Beloved wife of the late Paul. Loving mother of Kathleen (Roy) Karpinsky and Paul Stephen (Laurel) Pribula. Cherished grandmother of Kristen (Dave) Elliott, David Karpinsky and John (Dawn) Karpinsky. Dear sister of the late John Brtis, late Stephen Brtis, late Anne Zak Collins, late Bessie Brtis and the late Eleanor Miller. Sue and Paul were married on October 8, 1944 at Salem Ev. Lutheran Church. She was formerly employed by Public School District #130 in the cafeteria for 12 years. Sue was an active member of Salem Ev. Lutheran Church, participating in the church choir, mother's club, ladies aid and teaching Sunday school. She also belong to the Blue Island Community Chorus and was a former member of the St. Francis Hospital Heart Club. Visitation Saturday, June 25, from 10:00 am until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 am at Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 S. Greenwood Ave., Blue Island. Interment Chapel Hill Gardens South Cemetery, Oak Lawn.
