Obituary of Geraldine L. Dryja

Geraldine L. Dryja nee Kordick, 84, of Mokena, formerly of Blue Island, passed from this life Tuesday, November 12, 2019.

Gerladine was the beloved wife of the late John, who passed away June 25, 2013. The couple were united in marriage in 1970. She is the loving mother  of Suzanne (David) Spurck, Kim Lippelt-Schmitt, Janet (Lowell) Denton, Lynn (Steve) Lippelt, John (Eileen) Dryja, Vincent Ciufia, Amy (Ken) Jedlicka and Christine (Matthew) Mowinski.  Geraldine is the cherished grandmother and great grandmother of many. She is the dear sister of Charles (Ronnilou) Kordick.

Geraldine was born November 13, 1934, in Chicago, to the late Geraldine nee Quinn and Charles Kordick. She was a resident of Blue Island for forty-four years and attended masses at St. Benedict Church.

A memorial visitation for Geraldine will be held Friday, November 22, 2019 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A memorial service will be conducted Saturday at 10:30 am at the Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 S. Greenwood Ave., Blue Island. Interment of cremains will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Alsip.
