Obituary of Ruby Trejo

Ruby L Trejo, 77, of Blue Island, passed from this life Monday, April 13th, 2020. Brought into life on March 1st, 1943 in Floresville, Texas to parents Consuelo and Rudy Guzman. She is the beloved sister of 4 brothers and 6 sisters. Ruby is survived by children Yvonne Garcia, Virginia (late Jim) Connors, Romeo Trejo, Ruby (late Fernando) Negrete, and Trini (Eric) Herrera; devoted grandmother to (in order) Steven, Sean, Timothy, Marisa, Coraima, Fernando, Adelita, Daniel, Roman, Joel, and Eric jr; Great granddaughters Arabelle and Natalia. Ruby is preceded in death by late husband Joseph R Trejo, sister Jeanette, brother Jerry, and beloved parents Consuelo and Rudy Guzman. She is remembered as an avid NFL Dallas Cowboys fan, enjoyed spending her time watching her favorite shows, and traveling back home to Texas where she reunited herself with her native lineage. Burial will be held for Ruby privately.
