Obituary of Theresa J. Dzik

Theresa J. Dzik (nee Jenkot), age 90, formerly of Calumet Park, passed from this life Thursday, April 30, 2020. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Mitchell Dzik. Theresa is the loving mother of Mary Polley and Joseph Dzik. She is the devoted grandmother of Matthew (Janine Schwark) Polley and Jason (Cerissa) Polley and the cherished step-great grandmother of five. Theresa is the dear sister of the late Helen Kossak, Frank Jenkot, Bernice Burich, Ann Kowalczyk and Julia Wilkoz. Theresa was born April 6, 1930 in Harvey, Illinois to the late Mary (nee Bulaga) and John Jenkot. She was formerly employed by Formold Plastics of Blue Island. Theresa was an avid bowler and also liked to golf. She was also a fan of Chicago baseball supporting both the Cubs and White Sox and also a big fan of the Chicago Bears.
