Obituary of Margaret G. Maurer

Margaret Maurer nee Arnott, 92 , of Monee, formerly of Blue Island, passed from this life Wednesday, January 6, 2021. Margaret was the beloved wife of the late Kenneth W. Maurer, who passed away February 9, 2009. She is the loving mother of Roberta (the late Michael) Smith, Scott (Mary) Maurer and Sheila (John) Moore. Margaret is the devoted grandmother of Michael, the late Matthew, Gregory, Kaitlin, Jessica, Rebekah, Kirsten and Kenny. She is the proud great grandmother of nine. Margaret was the dear sister of the late Edward Arnott. Margaret was a faithful member of Evangelical Community Church where she served with the Ladies Guild. She was an avid reader and also enjoyed crocheting. Private services and private interment Cedar Park Cemetery, Calumet Park.
