Obituary of Mary J. Nemeth

Mary J. Nemeth, 87, of Blue Island, passed from this life Wednesday, April 7, 2021. Mary was born June 13, 1933 in Chicago to the late Mary nee Mulderink and the late Frank Nemeth. She is the beloved sister of Frank Nemeth, Georgia Nemeth, John Nemeth and the late Ralph (late Nelvia) Mulderink. Mary is the loving aunt of Nelvia (Ken) Pittman, Scott (Katherine) Nemeth, Sherrill Nemeth, Robert (Mumbua) Nemeth, Georgia Nemeth, Louise Nelson and Paul (Tara) Nemeth. She is the cherished great aunt of Ken Jr. (Jill) Pittman, Kevin (Joann) Pittman, Jordan (January) Nemeth, Jade Nemeth, Denis (Diana) Nemeth, Leah Nemeth, Lainie Nelson, C.J. Nelson, Johnny Nemeth, Finn Nemeth, Daniel (Lauren) Pittman, Kevin Jr. (Jori) Pittman, Kaycee Pittman, Rebekah Pittman and Kendall Pittman. Mary is dear great great aunt of Ethan Pittman, Gavin Pittman and Aubree Pittman. Mary has been a resident of Blue Island since 1943 and she was formerly employed by Tredegar Molded Products for thirty-one years. Visitation for Mary will be held Saturday, April 10, 2021 from 10:00 am until the time of funeral service at 11:00 am at St. Philip Ev. Lutheran Church, 2500 W. 121st St., Blue Island. Interment will take place at Beverly Cemetery.
