Obituary of Cynthia Lynn Smith

Cynthia Lynn Smith, a wonderful and wise soul, passed from this earth on Sunday, August 29, 2021 and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Cindy last resided in Beverly and was previously a long-time Blue Island resident. Cindy is the proud mother and greatest champion of Patrick Michael Smith, CPD and is survived by her loving brother Michael and good friend and sister-in-law, Margaret. She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Claudene and siblings, Vicki, Norma and Jimmy. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, friend and a good buddy to any animal she met. To know Cindy was to love Cindy. She was the salt of the earth and if you were fortunate enough to have known her, count yourself lucky! To honor Cindy's life, please do something nice for some unfortunate person, and carry on knowing she loved each one of you...deeply. Visitation for Cindy will be held Thursday, September 2, 2021 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Krueger Funeral Home. Cremation will be private.
