Obituary of Antonio Fernandez

Antonio Fernandez, 64, of Blue Island, passed from this life Thursday, December 2, 2021. Antonio was born July 15, 1957 in Degollado, Jalisco, Mexico to Guadalupe Guzman Gomez and the late Antonio Fernandez Amezola. He was retired from his profession of drywall taping and finishing. Antonio is the beloved husband of Yolanda Murillo Garcia Fernandez. He is the loving father of Antonio Fernandez IV, Jaime (Christina) Fernandez, Luz M. Fernandez, Karina Fernandez, Yuliana Fernandez and Oscar Fernandez. Antonio is the proud grandfather of Angel Lee, Liliana Belle, Leo Alexander and Laylani. He is the dear brother of Doroteo Fernandez, Maria Elena Fernandez, Gabriel Fernandez, the late Jesus Fernandez, Francisco Fernandez, Salvador Fernandez, Alicia Fernandez and Jose Alfredo Fernandez. Visitation for Antonio will be held Monday, December 6, 2021 from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 S. Greenwood Ave., Blue Island. Interment will take place in Degollado, Jalisco, Mexico.
