Renate M. Lewandowski (nee Kammerowski), 87, of the Beverly neighborhood of Chicago, beloved wife of the late John S. Lewandowski, loving mother of Frank (Mary Ann) Koronkiewicz, Rick (Sue) Koronkiewicz, Rob (Danielle) Koronkiewicz, Marc (Monica) Koronkiewicz Sr. and Kristina Lewandowski, devoted grandmother of Amanda Koronkiewicz, Brett Koronkiewicz, Dr. Kate (Travis) Hillier, Dr. Anne Koronkiewicz, Zak (Hannah) Koronkiewicz, Rachel Koronkiewicz, Eric Koronkiewicz, Kyle Koronkiewicz, Breana (Stephen) Arredondo, Alexis Koronkiewicz, Emma Koronkiewicz, Marc Koronkiewicz Jr. and April Lewandowski, proud great grandmother of Bryson Arredondo, cherished daughter of the late Kate (nee Kranz) and the late Otto Kammerowski, dear sister of Hans Otto (Kate) Kammerowski and Manfred (Brigitte) Kammerowski. Renate loved the beach and sunshine! She enjoyed sewing and renovating homes. Renate enjoyed antique shopping and negotiating for deals. A memorial visitation for Renate will be held Sunday, January 30, 2022 from 2:00 pm until time of memorial service at 5:30 pm at the Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 S. Greenwood Ave., Blue Island.
