Obituary of Gary T. Snedden

Gary T. Snedden, 66, of Blue Island, passed from this life Wednesday, March 23, 2022. Gary is the loving husband of Rosemary Snedden. He is the cherished father of Stephanie (Fred) Bilotto and Angelique Snedden and the proud grandfather of Domenico, Cristofano, Itzeliana and Giada. Gary was the dear brother of the late Dorothy Berkowitz. He leaves many other family members and friends to cherish his memory. Gary was born April 1, 1955 in Orland Park to the late Lorraine M. nee Brander and the late William Snedden. He was a United States Army veteran. Gary lived his life with zest and enthusiasm. He was extremely proud of his daughters and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Gary was a drummer in a band, and especially liked Punk Rock music. He was a lover of all animals, adoring his best friends Samson and Ripper. Gary had a passion for all things bright green and all the better if they glowed in the dark. He was very proud of his Gran Torino and liked muscle cars and light houses. Gary was a “Foodie” and looked forward to Thursdays at Iversen's Bakery, as it was cherry donut day! He liked to tinker, doing his best to fix things around the house. Gary truly “Marched To The Beat Of His Own Drum”. “May God, Jesus and The Holy Spirit be with you, Daddio”. Cremation was private.
