Obituary of Jerry E. Mindeman

Jerry E. Mindeman, lifelong resident of Blue Island, passed from this life on Sunday, July 17, 2022 at the age of 77.  Jerry is the loving husband of Nancy J. nee Staffel, whom he married June 4, 1966, and the beloved father of Marlo (Norbert) Jasinski and Gina Edge.  He is the cherished grandfather of Branden (Charisse) Edge, Jordan Edge, Richie Edge, Jeremy Edge, Miranda (Kyle) Terry and Dannilynn Jasinski, the brother of Dave (Marie) Mindeman and the dear uncle to Kerry and Katy.

Jerry was a retired Line Technician for the phone company for 30 years. He was a veteran of the US Army serving in Viet Nam with the Military Police and a member of the Blue Island American Legion Post 50.
