Our condolences to the Holdefer family; our dad, Hank Nalezinek, worked at Witte Chevrolet with Sparky for many years and shared so many stories about life in the body and mechanic shop. together. So many laughs that they shared. Sparky will also be remembered as the lieutenant on the Blue Island Fire Department and eventually achieving the rank of fire chief. Sparky was special to our mother, Josephine Nalezinek, as they both were Leap Year babies and celebrated each others birthdays with their
4 year birthday card exchange with each other.
With loss brings about so many wonderful memories of people in our past. Sparky's wonderful life sparked those memories. RIP
and as our mother and father are in heaven and talking shop with you already, our family says so long to a real Blue Island icon.
