Obituary of Daniel Patrick Clarke

Daniel Patrick was born in Chicago, Illinois, the sixth child of John James Clarke and Mary Eileen (nee Prendergast) on July 1, 1955.  He attended Seven Holy Founders School in Calumet Park and graduated from Dwight D. Eisenhower High School in Blue Island, IL in 1969.  He was a member of the Mid America Carpenters Regional Council Local 54 since 1977. 

Daniel is survived by his children Thomas Edward Clarke of Mokena, IL, Crystal Clarke Busch (Adam) of Griffith, IN, and Daniel Robert Clarke (Melissa) of Alsip, IL and the mother of his children, Christine Clarke.  He was an extraordinary Papa to his grandchildren, Vincent and Gracie Clarke, Aidan Harris, Rhynn Ryan, Vivian Busch, Olivia Clarke and Bella DeBoer.

 He is survived by his brothers, Jack, Timothy, and Michael Clarke, and sisters, Eileen Clarke, Kathleen Ferguson, Maureen Reid, and Nancy Selman.  He is preceded in death by his sister Bonnie Carroll and brother Kevin Clarke. 

 A Memorial Service will be held at Noon on Sunday, December 17, 2023 at 115 Bourbon Street, 3359 West 115th Street, Merrionette Park, IL
