When I saw the posting from Dawn, it reminded me about how much fun the ladies had at their TOPS meeting. My mom, Mary Hanek, became friends with Marian because of those meetings. They didn't lose much weight, but they had fun and made lasting friendships. They were always waiting for Burt Reynolds to show up to the TOPS meeting. I don't think he ever came!!!!

Remember going to her house with my parents when I was a young and being fascinated with the oil rain lamp in her living room and piano. Wonderful woman and a link to the grandmother I didn't get to meet. Peace be with you.
