Dear Jess - It's hard to believe it's been 8 years since you have passed. I found an email from you dated May 4, 2011 that said this:
"Hi.
I'm in the leukemia ward at U of C. They're doing lots of tests already.
I'm at the right place I think. Just wanted to let you know. My
leukocyte count is 240,000-normal is 2-3000. Also--my kind and generous
friends--this ward doesn't allow flowers etc for infection purposes.
Been thinking about coverage--i'll email Jim tomorrow about that. I will
be back soon!
Take care.
Jessl"
You were always worried about work! lol making sure things were covered! I am hoping you are watching us with love and peace. Miss you and one day we'll see each other again!
I'm a recent non-Hodgkins Lymphoma survivor and I can relate to some of the troubles and heartache you went through. Love you sister!
