We lived two houses from the Fedeanis family, where Vaneck's now live. I know this is late, but I was just browsing the obituaries and found this. Pam and I lost our father in 1964 and our mother in 1996. We miss them both, as I know you miss your parents. Pl3as accept my belated condolences. Pat Wolf

Miss my Dad so very much. Dad was born on May 10, 1929 on Mother's Day. What a gift. Unfortunately Mom, Dolores, do nnot know they now have 5 great grandchildren with a grandson due 8/8/13! They would be so excied. Their youngest daughter, Debra Cheval, will be a grandmother x 3 in August, 2013!

John kept a watch on the whole neighborhood and was better than any alarm system! Though many days I wished he would find some shade, he sure enjoyed every warm and sunny day to the fullest. We chatted many afternoons and he would talk about his family, the dogs (mine and his Sarah), his career, his outings, and the neighborhood. He was a good neighbor and never complained about us young folks making too much noise!

We were always happy to see Jack sitting on the front porch, keeping a watchful eye on the neighborhood. Enjoyed visiting with him from time to time. He and Dolores will now be re-united. Wish Dolores could have seen the real hummingbirds that now come to our back yard. She thought she saw some when she was alive, but it was only the bush moving. Glad Susan was able to come and visit the day before Jack made his transition. Our sincere, heartfelt condolences to the family. Evelyn and John
