Thank you, Mrs. Schoenbohm, for all the years you invested in me as a child of God at First Lutheran. You let me play guitar and help out in you Kindergarten Sunday School class and I have helped in many others since. You were caring hands that helped form me into who I am today. God Bless your labors and I look forward to seeing you in eternity.

Psalm 27:4-5
One thing I ask of the LORD, this is what I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the LORD and to seek him in his temple. For in the day of trouble he will keep me safe in his dwelling; he will hide me in the shelter of his tabernacle and set me high upon a rock

I am sorry to hear of Mrs. Schoebohm passing. You both were a great part of our memories of First Lutheran, from your faithfulness in Sunday School, to your beautiful voices that sang anytime you were asked to. Both of you we're always so friendly to us kids and we will not forget your kindness. Your witness as a couple who truly loved The Lord showed throughout your lives. Thank you for your example. I will always remember Uncle Cal, who our oldest son is named after, greeting us at the door as we entered Sunday School and you both always followed with a friendly smile. My family will be thinking of you and praying for you Mr. Schoenbohm.

Mr. and Mrs. Schoenbohm's devotion to the sunday school program at First Luthern Church, as well as their dedication to the church itself, is a very fond memory I have of Mrs. Schoenbohm. Carol's love for her Lord and Savior shone brightly through her life. The birthday/Christmas cards that she sent to my father while he was at the Lutheran Home, from her and Fred, always meant so much to him. Carol was a very thoughtful and caring person. She will be missed.

We will always remember Carol as a gentle caring person but most importantly a person who loved her Savior. The world was a better place with her in it.
