John was a kind and loving man to our Daughter Wendy and a very special Great grandpa to our Olivia. We will keep his memory alive and make sure she knows what a special person he was. His laughter and discussions on Big Band music will be missed. We extend our condolences to his family and to everyone who had John pass through their lives. He will truly be missed!!! May he rest in peace!

As we go through life, we meet people who impact us in ways we can't even imagine. For me, John was one of those people. He was so welcoming from the first day we met and quickly became someone I admired and respected. John always had time for people, making each person feel like they were the most important person in the room. John had an amazing sense of humor. I used to think it was corny until later, realizing he had zinged me without me catching on. It was always in good spirit. Thanks John! :-)
