Obituary of Joyce A. McCague

Joyce A. McCague nee Hendricks, 60, of Blue Island. Beloved wife of Edward R., loving mother of Sheri (Grant) McCabe, Jessica (Mike) Lopez and Jennifer McCague, devoted grandmother of Aaron, Lucas and Alison Lopez and Joseph McCague and Addison McCabe, cherished daughter of William (Lucille) and the late Catherine nee Heckler, dear sister of Elaine (Nick) Lesko and William (late Kim) Hendricks. Visitation Wednesday, July 8, 2015 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Prayer service Thursday, 9:00 am from the Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 S. Greenwood Ave., Blue Island, then to St. Benedict Church, 2339 York St., Blue Island, for mass at 10:00 am. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Alsip. Joyce was a very active member of the Blue Island Community. She wrote numerous articles for the B.I. Forum Newspaper, coached B.I. Girls Softball for many years and was a member of the Bookworms of the B.I. Library. Joyce also was an Avon representative for twenty-five years.
