Mildred Paska nee Vankus, 89, of Park Forest, formerly of Blue Island. Beloved wife of the late Donald. Loving mother of Donald Paska and David Paska. Dearest sister of Gerald 'Jerry' Vankus, Robert 'RV' Vankus and Mildred's twin sister, the late Eleanor (late Robert and the late William 'Bud' Bornhausen) Goldenstern. Fond sister-in-law of the late Carol (late Richard) Lee, late Edward (late Sally) Paska and the late Emil (Betty) Paska. Dear godmother of the late Rick Lee. Cherished aunt of Victor Vankus, Vanessa Vankus Warren, William J. Bornhausen, Brenda Lee Wilbourn, Susan Paska Javes, Steven Paska, Caryl Paska Zirbes and Emil John Paska. Proud great aunt of Joseph Warren and Francesca Warren. Mildred is a former member of the St. Peter and St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church of Blue Island and a former employee of the Rock Island Railroad. Visitation Monday, August 3, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Funeral Tuesday 11:00am at Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 Greenwood Ave., Blue Island. Interment Beverly Cemetery.
