Obituary of Adelaido H. Patlan

Adelaido H. Patlan, 77, of Crest Hill, formerly of Blue Island. He is the beloved father of Linda (Eddie) Tucker, Sandra (Rick) McGuire, Raquel Schoppe and Cynthia (Shawn) Scripter. Adelaido is the cherished grandfather of eleven and proud great grandfather of nine. He is the loving brother of Rudy (Donna) Patlan, Pete (Peggy) Patlan, Elida (Antonio) Castro and Jose (Rosie) Patlan. Adelaido was preceded in death by his parents, Ignacio and Manuela nee Hernandez Patlan, grandson Eric Schoppe and his great grandson Gavin McGuire. Adelaido enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and was an antique car enthusiast. Visitation for Adelaido will be held Friday, April 8, 2016 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Chapel prayers will be held Saturday, at 9:15 am at the Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 S. Greenwood Ave., Blue Island, then to St. Benedict Church, 2339 York St., Blue Island for mass at 10:00 am. Interment will take place at St. Benedict Cemetery, Crestwood.
