Obituary of Barbara J Dugan

Barbara J. Dugan nee Soehnholz, 72, of Buffalo Grove, formerly of Palatine, passed from this life Sunday, February 3, 2019. She is the beloved mother of Julia (Claire Alexander) Wexler and Dave (Susie) Wexler. Barbara is the loving grandmother of Marisa Wexler, Jonathan Wexler and Allison Wexler. She is the dear sister of Shirley Patrick, Betty McNabb, Carol Lovrich, Walter Soehnholz and Henry Soehnholz.

Barbara was formerly employed as a case worker for Intracorp and prior to that as a labor and delivery nurse. She enjoyed spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren. Interests included reading, decorating, home improvements and horses.

Visitation for Barbara will be held Saturday, February 9, 2019 from 9:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am at the Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 S. Greenwood Ave., Blue Island. Interment will take place at First Ev. Lutheran Cemetery, Alsip.
