Obituary of Constance J. Runge

Runge nee Myers, 83, of Blue Island, beloved wife of Henry C., loving mother of Pamela (Thomas) Barich, Janice Soria (Dominic Soria) and Gerald (Kim), devoted grandmother of Dominic Soria, Joseph Soria, Brian Runge, Matthew Runge and Joshua Runge, cherished great grandmother of Amidala and Benjamin Soria, dear sister of the late Gerald, Donna Wolters, the late Judy Shepherd, the late Marlene Hess, Sandra Jinkensen and Diane Snuckel. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Mission Covenant Church or "Mario's Kids" in care of Mission Covenant Church, 2501 Collins St., Blue Island, IL 60406 greatly appreciated. Constance was a faithful member of Mission Covenant Church since 1943, where she served as Treasurer for many years. She was a member of the Stoney Creek Singers,sang in Messiah for over 25 years, was a church soloist and also performed with the Harvest Festival Choir and the South Lutheran Church Choir. Constance assisted grade school children as a "Reading Buddy" and served as "Lunch Mom" at Whittier School.
